Scorpion deck screws meet the intent of ASME B18.6.1-1981 (R2016) Wood Screws. Type 305 stainless steel. Approved for use in non-coastal areas with all pressure treated lumbers including ACQ.

• Use a standard screw gun with a depth-sensitive nose piece. Suggested screw gun specification for optimal performance - Size #6 - #10 up to 4,000 RPM.
• The flat head is fully seated when the top of the head is flush with the surface of the material.
• Overdriving my result in fastener failure or strip out of the work surface.

Exterior wood applications. Designed for pressure-treated and fire-retardant-treated wood.

305 Stainless Steel provides excellent corrosion protection especially in high-corrosion enviornments around pools & spas, or in coastal areas.
