- The #1 Square recess is a precision recess designed for secure bit engagement in trim to heavy-gauge metal applications.

- Use a standard screwgun with a depth sensitive nose piece. Suggested screwgun specification for optimal performance – Size #7 - #8, up to 2,500 RPM.
- The screw is fully seated when the head is flush with the work surface.
- The fastener must penetrate beyond the metal three full thread pitches.
- Overdriving may result in failure of the fastener.
- Trim material attachment to steel 33 mil or thicker.
