- The No. 1 square recess is a precision recess designed for secure bit engagement.
- The wafer head with nibs provides better holding power in cement board to wood or light gauge metal applications. Special nibs self-countersink as the screw seats.
- NanoGard™ exterior-grade coating provides additional protection against corrosion in most exterior applications.
- Alternating or high-low threads and the spoon point help these cement board screws start faster and drive easier into wood and light gauge steel.

- Use a standard screw gun with a depth-sensitive nose piece. Suggested screw gun specification for optimal performance - Size #8 - #10 up to 4,000 RPM.
- The wafer head is fully seated when the top of the head is flush with the substrate surface.
- The fastener must penetrate beyond the metal a minimum of three full threads.
- Overdriving my result in fastener failure or strip out of the work surface.
- Cement board attachment to light gauge steel or wood.
