With PanelMax advanced panel fabrication technology, drywall can be pre-assembled and ready to install when needed.
Parts can be fabricated and duplicated off-site, then delivered and installed on the job site.Â
Innovative
Creating intricate shapes and angles with drywall was an expensive job. PanelMax fabrication is an innovative system that exudes efficiency – easy to learn, less waste, safer, fewer materials.
Portable
PanelMax milling machine won’t trap you or your crew on- or off-site. Increase productivity with the ability to work off-site, then bring the finished boards to the jobsite, as well as on the jobsite to get the finer details knocked out faster with less waste.
Cost Effective
PanelMax does not require a special certification to use. With more precise cuts, you’ll use fewer boards and have less waste. Perfect corners mean less mud (which also means less time). PanelMax is faster and safer. All of this adds up to bottom line cost efficiency.
Precision
PanelMax grooves create precision details. Whether they are corners, ridges to create a column or arch, or any other specialty features you can create. Mill in gypsum, wood, plastic, or cement board and get clean, precise edges (not headaches, safety hazards, or wasted materials).
Easy
PanelMax is easy to operate. Even the most challenging assemblies can be produced and installed by anyone on your crew. PanelMax milled boards install in one piece without bead, finishing, or call backs.
Dimensions
Even the most challenging details—arches, columns, odd angles, unique shapes—can be completed faster, safer, and cleaner. Create intricate shapes and structures with drywall much more affordably and more precisely.

PANELMAX EXPANDS CREATIVITY AND DESIGN
Decorative Details
1
With PanelMax, decorative details, such as ceiling moldings, can be fabricated using just drywall. Fabricated details can be installed as components, are much lighter weight that traditional material and require much less finishing.
Details
2
Drywall can be used to create details like wainscoting coating. Drywall can be routed and folded together to form perfect edges and require very little finishing.
Ceiling Details
3
Ceiling details, like stepped soffits, are relatively easy to create with PanelMax and require very little finishing on inside and outside corners.
Curves
4
Recessed box details are easy to fabricate with PanelMax and require little finishing. Fireboxes and other recessed boxes typically require quite a bit of taping and finishing. Inside corners are perfect and straight every time.
Recessed Box
5

Columns
6
Drywall can be fabricated into columns to cover pipes, support columns or for decoration. PanelMax columns can be rounded, fluted, hexagon or other typical shapes. You are only limited by your imagination.
90° Corners
7
Inside and outside 90-degree corners don’t require taping and require very little finishing with the PanelMax fabrication system. A steel spline can also reinforce outside corners for more protection in high-traffic areas.
